First Aid for Cyclists” created by Steve Evans,
a paramedic and member of Liverpool Century R.C.
Well worth studying -
Twemlow and Goostrey residents are objecting
to a proposed industrial waste plant development.
This may have an impact on cycling in the area.
https://tagnotowasteplant.wordpress.com/home/
gives details and ways of opposing the plans.

The District Committee would like to remind competitors to ride in a safe manner and not take risks. Also make sure that machines are safe to ride.  See Regulations  14 & 20

At give way junctions riders MUST avoid traffic on the major road and stop if it is unsafe to proceed.

Do NOT use tri-bars when going through traffic islands.

Several riders have been disqualified and called to disciplinary hearings for failing to comply.

Thanks from Manchester District to all
who took part or helped to make this a
Special Day.
Our hard-working secretary, Ian Middleton, has entered
the British 10k in London on the 10th July to raise money
for Motor Neurone Disease. He is running in memory of a
great and dear friend, to remember happy times, lots of
laughs, and to help those struggling to cope with this
terrible disease for which there is no cure.
The target is to raise £3,200 which would buy a Lightwriter.
This piece of equipment would enable someone to have
the ability to communicate with their loved ones.
If you would be kind enough to support Ian in achieving
his target you can donate via -

Thank you
