Only officially approved timekeepers with certified watches may be used for Open Events. Only those on this list may be used to time the riders at the finish but you can use either a full or assistant timekeeper to start the riders off.  The recommended fee for timekeepers currently stands at £15.00 but may be enhanced, by agreement, for extra ex­penses incurred.
